• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and rent equipment. By registering, you affirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Rental Process

• Equipment Availability: Equipment is available for rental based on its availability. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the equipment you wish to rent is available on the dates you request. However, availability is subject to change.
• Rental Period: The rental period begins when you pick up the equipment or when it is shipped to you (as applicable) and ends on the date specified in your Rental Agreement. Late returns may incur additional fees.
• Reservation: To reserve equipment, you must select the desired items, rental period, and payment method via the Site. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful booking.

4. Rental Fees and Payment

• Rental Fee: The rental fee is based on the equipment chosen and the rental duration. All fees are listed on the Site, and the final price is determined before you complete your booking.
• Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and other methods specified on the Site.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required for certain equipment. The deposit amount will be communicated before you finalize your rental.

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for returning the equipment to us on or before the return date. Return shipping fees are typically your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental period. Cancellations made after this time may result in a cancellation fee.
• Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed to the original payment method. If the equipment is returned early, no refunds will be issued for unused rental days.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Limitation of Liability: Christocentricrentals is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or expense resulting from the use of rented equipment. By renting from us, you assume full responsibility for the equipment and its use.

9. Insurance

• Optional Insurance: You may opt for additional insurance to cover the equipment during the rental period. The availability and details of insurance options will be provided during the booking process. If you choose not to purchase insurance, you remain fully responsible for any damage or loss of the equipment.

12. Termination of Service
